Gen. emphasized the need to update by transaction not by lunar calendar.
Instead of updating things by quarter or every year,. organizations need to stay ahead of the curve by staying up to date by trabsaction like Walmart. Decision cycles need to be as fast as possible.

I have worked for more then 20 years as a project manager and systems engineer at the Air Force Flight Test Center located at Edwards AFB, CA
.My projects have included mission control rooms, telemetry processing systems, and the interactive analysis and display system (IADS).
Currently I am the project manager of the integrated network enhanced telemetry (INET) project and live in Rosamond, California.
